We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are pleased to offer an exchange or credit within seven business days of receipt of purchase. We do not, however, issue refunds.

All items considered for exchange or credit must be unworn, unwashed (free of makeup or deodorant stains or wear), and in perfect condition with tags attached. All sale items are final sale. S2 The Brand reserves the right to refuse any return if the item appears damaged, worn, is a final sale item, or is returned after the seventh day.

Please note – shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Please allow five to seven days, from the date we receive your return, for processing. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
